Bad, sloooooow service! Had the duck, dry and too hard to cut. A real disappointed. Don't waste your $$$!
Food is always great!
Six of us ordered different plates and shared, everything was delicious
I'm a native San Franciscan and grew up eating great food that the City had to offer. However, when I moved to Vallejo 11 years ago, I did not find a pizza parlor that served delicious home spun dough and fresh toppings, like I had grown up with in SF.
I had the red curry and my husband had the green curry. The food was delish!
Put 3 tiny shrimps on my pad kee maw and called them prawns, slow service even when not busy, the dish is definitely not worth the price, disappointing!
We came here on Valentine's Day evening and the place was crowded. Their prices on the menu were a little higher compared to other Thai places we have been to and the service was not as quick. The food we ordered tasted average for a Thai place and always on the sweet sweet side whatever you ordered. We noticed this for this is our second time coming to this restaurant.
This is simply the best Thai food restaurant in Vallejo. The food is just incredibly tasty and flavorful. If you want to try Thai food, you need to go for the best. I love when I go there at night and they have live music. The price is good. Their Thai ice tea is the bomb. Too bad is not refillable. Their employees are always very friendly and super helpful. Whenever I go there with my family, we order yellow curry, thai fried rice with shrimps, pad see ew, and fried vegetables with pork or chicken. You should try. This place is definitely my favorite.
Has cockroaches!!!!!!!, i was there around earlie afternoon and sae them, just any time of the day, plus service is terrible to. You are there wsiting for a refill on drinks for ever, they don't even come by to check on you until you are done.
When traveling I love to sample the local Thai food restaurants. On the third day of this trip, I went to Cha-Am for carry out. It was not as good as I had hoped. Tomorrow I will go to Simple Thai which was closed on Wednesday.
I always enjoy coming back here
Food good. Service slow.
Everything I've ordered I've liked! Great tasting food at a reasonable price. Service is very good & prompt. Relaxed atmosphere.
Delicious and very authentic. Brought me back when I went to Thailand
Horrible service..........We were a party of two.....Ordered calamari appetizer and dinner items. Calamari was good. Only one dinner came out. After 10 minutes asked where the other dinner was and they said they ran out of that item. We asked, "And when were you going to tell us this?" They never even told us the item was out OR even asked is there something else you would like to order. Immediately got a box to go for existing dinner and went home. Other person ended up ordering McDonald's and we went home. It totally ruined a nice dinner out for two!!!
An excellent local Thai restaurant. I have been eating here for about 20 years. love their fish dishes, and their tofu tod is a great appetizer.
Wonderful food, friendly staff. The food prices are affordable.
YUM YUM!!!
Omg the good was very good and the atmosphere was totally friendly. They had a live singer which was delightful and entertaining. Will definitely go back.
The food is tasty and of reasonable portion. The staff is friendly but can forget about the customer at times. I feel like the price for food is on the expensive side. The curry here is delicious! But I wouldn't recommend the noodle dishes here.
Three years ago we eat there with my son on my birthday as we are in the middle of dinner we saw baby cockroaches...in respect we stop immediately eating and still pay for the food. Then last week me and my girlfriend decided to try thinking maybe the sanitation is better but in the middle of our lunch we saw ngat flying and crawling over the fried rice, rib eye steak was so salty and not well done as we want also carpets smells so bad and Cook and employees are not dressed properly....I am going to call the City of Vallejo to report this filthy restaurant.
Chef on duty is not good, salty everything and i ordered yellow curry and they make the red curry... Maybe its not good to eat dinner here...lunch is very good... My forst time to eat dinner here..NEVER AGAIN...
I have been going to this Thai Restaurant for years. They have the best Pad Thai, Muyang (Bar-b-que), Tomyang Seafood soup(Sour soup) and Papaya salad. I recommend this place if you want the Best Thai Cuisine in town.
Their ribeye steak and seafood pad thay are really good!
Good service, clean and nice. Delishious penut sauce dish. Pad Thai was ok.
$30 dollar steak, that's IHOP quality. Much pricier than it should be. But it's ok and I won't return.
I came from Thailand currently in the food was very close to what I'm used to in Thailand. Staff was friendly and we were able to be seated without any weight. Food was fresh and got it in a timely fashion
Owner walks around as if he owns the place ... which he does of course ... but the attitude displayed is not pleasurable at all. He needs to be a bit more humble and welcoming. Plus the Thai green curry came out over-cooked to the point of stew and not pleasant at all.
PadThai not to my standards. All else was delicious!!
First Thai experience. Excellent service. Clean. Presentation of food was above and beyond. The food was terrific. Will definitely be coming back.
Love Cha'am! We've eaten here since it opened (we were fans when only the Berkeley one existed). Great menu, good service, seasonal fresh coconut juice! If you don't like sugar it may not appeal, the flavor is very Southern Thai.
They are closed for renovations do not waste you time going there. No date posted for reopen
We had the Evil Wings and the Red Curry (w/ fried tofu) and it was delicious!!! Place is great. Good service!
just a few minutes away from the bustle of Hwy 80 in Vallejo. A small venue with an open kitchen that delivers an excellent variety of tastes and offers wine parings as well. For what you get it's a good value. They offer a set menu - no substitutions or alternative offerings. Great for omnivores.
Slick and new, set in an enormous shopping center, I didn’t have high hopes for this restaurant. We stopped here mostly as an alternative to fast food. Although it was busy. we didn’t wait an unreasonable amount of time and the food was excellent. I had a red curry with eggplant, which was superb. My wife ordered pad tai, the old standby, also very good. Recommended.
